Who I Work WithSupervisionAre any of the following true for your organisation: Our client group has complex needs. There is a variety of needs and it is a struggle to work out strategies for meeting them all. Client behaviour is often challenging. Our staff deal with issues of aggression, self-harm, suicide and often face moral dilemmas. Staff struggle to manage client needs and behaviour. They sometimes feel exhausted and frustrated by the challenges they face. If any of these statements describe your organisation or staff team, it is likely that clinical supervision could help. I Work With People Who Are:
Facilitation Do you find that: Staff are regularly in conflict. There may be an ongoing problem between 2 or 3 staff members or a dispute that involves the whole team. Issues about staff performance are often raised. You are concerned about the effectiveness of work carried out and may also be worried about absences and sickness. Staff members seem unhappy or dissatisfied. It is difficult to identify the cause of the dissatisfaction. Staff find it difficult to communicate. People often mishear each other and end up feeling stuck and misunderstood. If any of these statements describe your organisation or staff team, it is likely that team development work could help. Who Can Benefit From Working With Me?If any of the following are true for you or your organisation, you will probably benefit from working with me: Staff are overwhelmed by client needs and behaviours. They need space for restoration and new ideas. Conflicts amongst staff are causing tension and affecting service efficiency. It is difficult to see a way forward. Areas for development of team work and work practice have been identified. You need a separate and specific space to explore these areas. Staff are working efficiently and effectively together. Team workshops and issue-based training is sometimes required. You offer an effective and ethical service and you want to sustain, monitor and remain open to creative input. |
